Helloo my lovelies!
As you may be aware, I'm getting married in 2016! Our theme is Blue and Silver, whilst also including Guild Wars 2 within the celebration, also. After a discussion with my husband-to-be, we've decided that we'll open a contest! Every entry will be displayed on the day (with credits, of course!) and the top three will be given prizes! So, da Ruules!
Must be tame! My goodness, this is going to be seen my our families and on a live stream!
Theme is to be lovey-dovey! Make it romantic, or silly, but with the both of our characters together.
Must be your own work! Please no bases, or traces
. Referencing is fine, though, and collaborations are permitted (although you will have to split any prizes you get!)
We must be allowed to print your work to display! If you do not wish us to display your entry at the ceremony itself, please do not enter! Your work will not be sold, redistrubuted or passed off as our own. You shall be credited!
You are free to enter as much as you like, and you can win more than once! The prizes!
First Prize: $75 Paypal, or 6,000
Second Prize: $50 Paypal, or 4,000
Third Prize: $25 Paypal, or 2,000
2 Honorable Mentions: $10 Paypal, or 800

Option 3: Mixture. You can draw Sososher and Rhydis, but in Talezya and Aegis' GW2 outfits! The Due Date!
(Changed due to exam season!)
Giving you plenty of time to get your entries in, the due date is March 1st 2015!
After this date, entries will be collected and prizes shall be given!
Have fun, and I hope to see your submissions shortly!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! The Entries!
Q: Is traditional art permitted, or does it have to be digital? Coloured?
A: Can be either traditional or digital
. Preferably, must be coloured!
Q: Does it have to be... flat art? . (aka can it be a 'thing' then photographed?)
A: It can be a thing and then photographed! Also, if you want to post the thing, I can reimburse for postage for you!
Q: Understandably people will probably be only able to win 1 place, but is there a submission limit?
A: No submission limit, and you can win more than once
Q: I'm worried this contest might get cancelled if you don't receive enough entries (it has happened to me in the past before). How many submissions are needed so you won't cancel this contest?
. I'm not so shallow to say that if I do not gain enough entries, I'm going back on the promise and cancel the contest. If there is one entry, it automatically receives first prize and no other prize is allocated. If one person submits 3 entries, they automatically gain all 3 prizes if no one else submits, etc. As I already have one entry to the contest, this means that it will not and cannot be cancelled
Q: you say no bases but what about other things? are we allowed to draw your characters ourselves but add in permittable stock images for things like background items? like if we found a flower bush and wanted to put it in the image, whats the rule on that?
A: That's perfectly fine! Using stock is 100% A-okay, permitted that the stock artist allows you to use their work
